AX Cop
Heres a few boards from the Ax Cop Test for Fox's Animation Domination.
1. EXT./INT. AXE COP’S STATION – NIGHT
Axe cop looks in at his closet. It’s divided into two sections – day outfits (standard
dress) and night outfits (cat suits). He grabs a cat suit off the rack.
Now in his cat suit, Axe pokes his head into a room with bunk beds. In them,
ready to fall asleep, are Sockarang, The Wrestler, Babyman and Leafman. Axe
informs them that he’s off on his night mission so it’s time for them to go to bed.
One of them wants to join Axe on his night patrol. But Axe gently reminds him
that they are all daytime fighters, not nighttime fighters. Only Axe Cop is both. So
they say their goodnights and Axe turns off the lights. Axe gently closes the door,
so it won’t squeak. At the last second, Sockarang asks him to keep it open... just
a crack. Axe Cop honors his request.
AHTV (2013)
I got the chance to plan out the opening for a Facebook Webisode for AHTV last Christmas (2013). The final product can be found here, and admittedly it changed quite a bit from the original script. I love how that can happen.
LANDSCAPE ANGLE CONTINUED
RJ back in landscape blazing down the highway. The back of another 18 wheeler Trailer quickly approaches.
CUT TO: CREDIT #3 -- PROFILE ANGLE
RJ pulls alongside trailer and matches speed.
UPDATE -- CREDIT: “Co-Starring TRACE RENEE” (in CRACKHEAD FONT)
Ernie’s animation: Cartoony image of Trace (see image sample: Trace’s headshot ) as EVE (from the garden of eden) apple tree and snake. The SNAKE is whispering at Eve who is smiling and flattered until she hears something she doesn’t like. She punches out SNAKE. Snake has protruding tongue, blackened eye, CROSSED EYES. EXAGGERATE EVE’S FIST SIZE -- CARTOONY POPEYE FIST, I THINK.
